Black-owned business?

Put your business in front of every citizen.

Free. It's a trade, not a sale: you give citizens a discount, and the State puts you on the map in front of all of them. Businesses self-identify as Black-owned and are reviewed before they appear. Citizens' businesses carry the citizen badge and are shown first.
